Website analytics notice

HR Copilot offers optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement on its public marketing pages. With consent, we also maintain a simple first-party daily count of visits to our public homepage and Contact page. This helps us understand website usage while Google Analytics reporting is unavailable. With separate consent, Microsoft Clarity may record interactions on the public homepage to help identify usability issues. These analytics are not required to use HR Copilot.

When analytics run

Our Google tag (measurement ID G-FNWSJ691KS) is loaded only after you select Accept analytics. If you decline, the tag is not loaded. The optional tag is configured for the public homepage and Contact page on hr-copilot.ae and www.hr-copilot.ae.

Microsoft Clarity homepage recordings

After you select Accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity (project ID yx6cosc9vu) may record homepage browsing interactions such as scrolling, clicks and page navigation, along with browser and device information. Clarity is not loaded on the Contact form, sign-up, sign-in, customer HR workspaces or platform administration. We never deliberately send HR records, employee details, salary information or contact form entries to Clarity. We do not use it without your consent.

Information involved

With consent, GA4 may process standard website usage information such as page visits, browser/device information, approximate location and cookies or other online identifiers. We deliberately send only public page paths in our page-view events, without URL query parameters. The first-party visit counter records only the aggregate number of consenting browser-tab sessions per Dubai calendar day. It stores no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, browser fingerprints, account information or individual visit histories. We do not deliberately send contact form contents, employee records, HR documents, salary data or authenticated workspace activity to GA4.

Google and your choices

Google provides the analytics service and may process usage data under its own terms and privacy practices. Learn more from Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw or change your website-analytics choice at any time: return to the HR Copilot homepage and select Analytics preferences in the bottom-left corner. Choosing Decline stops Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and first-party visit counting for future browsing sessions on this website; it does not automatically delete information already collected by those providers.
